Didn’t get what I ordered

I ordered the hokkaido milk flavor and got green tea flavor instead. I emailed at the address on the website and heard nothing back.

This box is a gift for christmas and I really appreciate how it got to us so quickly in time for the holidays. Reason for 4/5 is because it wasn't the best packaging. Everything was just strewn about in the box and no buffer or padding was used, but I will definitely order from here again. We miss Japan and absolutely loved these products when we lived there. Keep up the great work!
