Orders can be shipped within the 48 states in the continental U.S. We do not ship orders going to Hawaii and Alaska.
We share store inventory and online inventory, and occasionally products with low inventory may be sold at the store before the product is collected after confirming the order. In such cases, we will promptly refund your money and ship the remaining items.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at [list the locations where in-store pickup is available]. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are9:00AM -2:00PM on Monday to Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
We do not offer international shipping at this moment.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept a return. If you received incorrect or damaged products, we will gladly exchange them for you or provide a refund on a case-by-case basis. GOHANMarket.com does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. Any incorrect or damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of reported delivery. We do not accept returns for packaging change.
