Tasty with Green Tea in the Afternoon

To be honest, I have enjoyed Azuki Daifuku all my life. It’s a sweet treat reminder of my childhood in Japan. My only criticism of the Shirakiku Daifuku made in Taiwan is the mochi tends to get more “rubbery” as you approach the expiration date and the azuki bean paste is not as sweet as Daifuku made in Japan.
