Tsukemono (漬物, literally "pickled things") are Japanese preserved vegetables (usually pickled in salt, brine,[1] or a bed of rice bran).[2] They are served with rice as an okazu (side dish), with drinks as an otsumami (snack), as an accompaniment to or garnish for meals, and as a course in the kaiseki portion of a Japanese tea ceremony

This product is labeled as ”keep Refrigerated”, but since it is also sold at room temperature in Japan, we will deliver it with an ice pack in a cold bag, but when it arrives, it may be at the temperature of your area. Please refrain from purchasing if you worry about it.

When I opened it my whole house smelled like rotten nasty vegetables! I put it in a covered bowl and in the refrigerator and when you opened the refrigerator door it smelled so so bad had to throw it away it was bad
